I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience supporting children, teenagers, young adults and their families, from diverse backgrounds, with a wide range of mental health challenges.

My career has taken me across Melbourne, rural Victoria and internationally, working in private practice, public mental health and health services, tertiary education, and school settings.
As a former Senior Clinical and Health Psychologist at Monash Children’s Hospital, I developed a strong interest in supporting young people who are navigating health and mental health challenges.

I believe that fostering a strong sense of connection and resilience can make a real difference in a child's mental health and wellbeing, both now and into the future.
